HAEP 2021 Annual Meeting

COVID-19 SAFETY INFORMATION:
The Waikiki Yacht Club will be abiding by the City and County of Honolulu's Safe Access O'ahu restrictions. Please bring a valid ID and proof of COVID-19 vaccination or a 48-hour negative COVID-19 test. Face coverings are required for entry. Tables will be arranged with 10 attendees per table and 6 feet of social distancing between tables. The evening will include a three-course Mediterranean dinner and no-host bar, HAEP business and prize giveaway, and an opportunity to socialize and network.  HAEP members, guests, and friends are welcome to attend. Discounted rates are available for students.

Annual Meeting Cost:
•HAEP Members:   $25

•Students:  $15

Annual Membership Dues:
•New / Renewing Members:  $30

5:30 - Arrival and No-Host Drinks
6:00 - Dinner Begins
6:15 - HAEP Business Meeting
 (including election of board members and prize giveaway)
​6:30 until Pau - Socializing
