William Bow is a chemist and Vice President at Bow Engineering & Development, Inc. He graduated from Chaminade University with a B.S. in Forensic Science in 2006 and from the University of Hawaii, Manoa in 2010 with a M.S. in Organic Chemistry. He currently manages projects at their civil engineering firm which require Federal and State environmental permitting and compliance (Section 10/Section 404, Section 401 Water Quality Certification, NPDES, etc.). His technical experience includes the application of standard laboratory techniques and field inspection/monitoring required by permits. |
Karen Carvallo

Mrs. Carvallo obtained a bachelor of science in Geology and Geophysics (2000) from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. Mrs. Carvallo has more than 13 years experience as an environmental driller, chemist, and operations manager at ESN Pacific (since July 2007). Her drilling experience includes soil sampling, the installation and sampling of soil gas probes, and the installation and sampling of groundwater monitoring wells. Her chemistry experience includes gas chromatography and atomic absorption analysis in accordance with EPA (SW-846) and Hawaii DOH protocols. Mrs. Carvallo also has experience as an environmental consultant, including Phase I and Phase II Environmental Investigations, Environmental Impact Statements, and Pollution Prevention Opportunity Assessments. |

Adrienne Fung

Adrienne Fung grew up on Oahu and has always had a deep appreciation of the island and its beauty. With the goal of giving back to her community through science and engineering, Ms. Fung graduated with a B.S.E. in Chemical and Biological Engineering from Princeton University, and a M.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. She currently works on civil and environmental engineering projects, specializing in drinking water quality, wastewater treatment, and remediation projects. Ms. Fung is very thankful towards HAEP for introducing her to so many wonderful folks in the environmental industry. In addition, she enjoys photography, yoga, traveling, and the Lord of the Rings! |

He has served on the HAEP Board of Directors since 2003, as President from 2007-2008, and as the NAEP Chapter Representative from 2009 to 2015. |

Mr. Rogers graduated from Colorado State University with a B.S. in Geology in 1998. With a background in minerals exploration, he spent 8 years prospecting and working at the Mineral Resources Department of the United States Geological Survey (USGS) in Alaska. In 2002, Mr. Rogers became owner/operator of GeoTek Alaska, Inc. specializing in Environmental, Geotechnical, and Geophysical site assessment surveys. In 2008, the company expanded to include GeoTek Hawaii, Inc. which conducts projects throughout the State of Hawaii as well as the entire Pacific Rim. |
Troy Rosenbush

Mr. Rosenbush has worked in the Federal Contracting industry for 26 years, as a Project Manager for 18 years, and as a Regional Manager for over six years. Troy recently joined North Wind as the Indo-Pacific Rim Regional Manager. In this role, Troy serves as the region-wide lead on behalf of subsidiary presidents and the COO, and is responsible for the safe and compliant execution, and financial performance of all North Wind projects in the region. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Geological Sciences from the University of Southern California; and is a certified Project Management Professional, a Licensed Professional Geologist, and a Certified Manager of Quality / Organizational Excellence. |
Candace Yamauchi, P.E.

Candace Yamauchi has over 15 years in the environmental consulting field, with an extensive background in environmental permitting, including project management and support for several National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) projects in the State of Hawaii. Ms. Yamauchi has a B.S. degree in Earth and Environmental Engineering from Columbia University. |
